1. Never give any kind of pleasure to a boy/girl that you wouldn't give yourself
2. Loving someone that doesn't give a damn about you isn't sexy; it's misplaced energy, also known as self-destruction
3. Don't treat anyone like a refugee from a civil war; they will come back from battle and leave you as wounded as if you were the one who had been paid for military service
4. Forgiveness isn't putting the weapon down; it's learning how to kiss the person pulling the trigger
5. Never trust a boy who already has a pack of condoms ready in his pocket before he even asks your name
6. When the world tries to break your back with its weight, get a stronger spine
7. Stop treating your body like currency; don't pay anyone who doesn't deserve it. Save yourself for someone who will show you that you are their world
8. Never "give a man permission." You shouldn't have to and he shouldn't ask. Respect your body
9. Your virginity is precious. Once taken away, you can never get it back. Don't fall for the "If you love me, you'll give it to me" or "Don't you love me anymore?" crap. If he/she truly loves you, they wouldn't force you to do anything you don't want to do. Heck! They won't even bring it up. They'll truly respect you if they love you
10. Life is like a fight and in that fight it doesn't matter how hard you hit or how well you fight. What matters is how hard you can receive a hit and keep on fighting
